Project granted to NAGRIFOOD by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism MINCOTUR within the framework of the AEI 2021 B Aid. The DIGENERFOOD project is oriented towards industrial research on hyperconnectivity and deployment of sensors for monitoring electricity consumption in agri-food industrial plants.
The project includes the acquisition, delivery and intelligent treatment of energy data consumed by the main devices and machinery involved in industrial processing. Knowledge of energy data and its management will facilitate energy efficiency in line with the ecological transition strategy, a more exact distribution of costs per unit produced and strategic business decision-making.
The DIGENERFOOD project is included in the framework of the aid for AEIS Innovative Business Associations 2021B to which registered Clusters have access. In this case, the consortium is led by the NAGRIFOOD Agrifood Cluster (Navarre) and has the participation of the Navarre canning company CONSERVAS MEDRANO, the technology startup POLUX and the collaboration of TECNARA Clúster TIC de Aragón.
