Among the activities organized by the Order of the Volatín at the Vegetable Festivals, on Friday, April 21, we participated in the event “Today we eat with Conservas Medrano”. Our pochas cooked with Casa Medrano vegetables continue to delight the public.
This preserve was awarded the Gold Medal for Food Quality in 2008 and continues to delight friends at all tastings and meals wherever they are. It is a dish that can be eaten throughout the year with the quality of the best fresh beans in season.
